ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR AS A NAMED OR UNNAMED MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL LEGAL ACTION, UNLESS BOTH YOU AND HYDRALíE SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO DO SO IN WRITING FOLLOWING INITIATION OF THE ARBITRATION. In no event does the arbitrator have the authority to make any award that provides for punitive or exemplary damages.

The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
When you select to add Buyer’s Protection for the one-time fee of $1.95 to your order you gain lost shipment protection. If for any reason your shipment has been lost during the initial shipping process we will send you a new shipment. New shipments are limited to one lost shipping incident per customer. Reversals and Chargebacks

If you choose to keep the kit, you will be paying the discounted price of $87.41. If for any reason you decide that Hydralíe Ageless Moisturizer is not the perfect wrinkle-fighting, skin treatment, call us toll-free at 877-214-6378 24/7 during your 20 or 24 day trial period to cancel your trial and you will NEVER be billed.

If you wish to cancel your membership to prevent any future billings at any time you do not need to return your product to do so. You can return your product within 30 days from the date of order for a full refund of the purchase price less the Shipping and Handling Fee. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. To return the product (post trial), you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from customer service by calling toll free at 877-214-6378 24/7.
